Het is ideaal om elke dag melk, melkdrank en\/of melkproducten te consumeren, evenwel zonder te overdrijven.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pink-color has-text-color has-h-4-font-size\"><strong>Melkproducten en evenwichtige voeding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De voedseldriehoek is een handig hulpmiddel om te komen tot een evenwichtige samenstelling van voedingsmiddelen op basis van de vier grote productfamilies. De voedseldriehoek legt uit hoe u de verschillende groepen kunt combineren. Vergeet niet dat een gezonde voeding gebaseerd is op het vari\u00ebren van voedingsmiddelen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is de enige manier om het lichaam te voorzien van alle noodzakelijke voedingsstoffen. Handige tip: varieer de kleuren van het voedsel op uw bord. Dat zou u moeten helpen om de nodige variatie in uw voeding te brengen en te zorgen voor een evenwichtige voeding en een goede gezondheid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pink-color has-text-color has-h-4-font-size\"><strong>Waarom gevarieerd eten?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het menselijk lichaam heeft voedingsstoffen en energie nodig om goed te functioneren. Dat is essentieel om de spieren en weefsels op te bouwen, maar ook om de hormonale, cellulaire, neurologische en hersenfuncties te onderhouden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die voedingsstoffen haalt het lichaam uit voedsel. Wat als dat niet gebeurt? Dan zal het lichaam niet goed functioneren en symptomen vertonen zoals haarverlies, bloedarmoede, appelflauwtes \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pink-color has-text-color has-h-4-font-size\"><strong>Voedingsstoffen combineren voor een optimaal effect<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gevarieerd eten is absoluut noodzakelijk voor een gezonde voeding. Want bepaalde voedingsstoffen kunnen enkel door het lichaam worden opgenomen wanneer ze in combinatie met een andere voedingsstof worden aangevoerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voorbeeld? Calcium!
