Houd de toppen apart (de bovenste 2 cm ongeveer). Doe de boter in een koekenpan en bak de asperges vijf minuten.<\/li><li>Klop in een kom de eieren los met de Dilea halfvolle melkdrank\u00a0en breng op smaak met peper. Voeg de gerookte zalm toe (in dunne reepjes gesneden) en de mozzarella van Dilea Zero Lactose\u00ae in blokjes. Doe er ook de stukjes asperge bij.<\/li><li>Giet het mengsel in zes vormpjes en garneer met de aspergepunten.<\/li><li>Bak in een voorverwarmde oven op 180\u00b0C gedurende 20 minuten.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kunt deze frittata bijvoorbeeld serveren met een slaatje van kerstomaatjes.
