Druk zachtjes aan om het bolletje wat platter te maken en strijk het ijs rondom glad met een spatel.<\/li><li>Smelt de chocolade au bain-marie. Dompel de ijssandwiches langs \u00e9\u00e9n kant heel even in de gesmolten chocolade. Laat uitlekken.
