Vorm kleine hoopjes van de meringue op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat.<\/li><li>Plaats de meringues in een op 100 \u00b0C voorverwarmde oven en bak ze gedurende anderhalf uur. Laat afkoelen.<\/li><li>Meng in een kom de mascarpone, de zaadjes uit het vanillestokje en de suiker. Bewaar in de koelkast.<\/li><li>Snijd de mandarijnen \u00e0 vif en verdeel in partjes. Zet opzij.<\/li><li>Werk de meringues vlak voor het serveren af met een laagje mascarponecr\u00e8me van Dilea. Voeg de mandarijnpartjes toe.
