Voeg hierbij de gesnipperde ui en de geperste knoflook toe. Verhit de olijfolie met tijm en rozemarijn in een pan. Doe er het mengsel van ui, look en het vruchtvlees van de groenten bij. Voeg ook het gehakt toe en bak het geheel gaar.<\/li><li>Leg ondertussen de uitgeholde groentehelften in een ovenschaal en sprenkel er wat olijfolie over. Bak het in de oven op 175\u00b0C. Kook daarnaast de rijst in 10 minuten gaar in water.<\/li><li>Doe de gepelde tomaten bij het groente- en vleesmengsel en laat nog 5 minuten sudderen.<\/li><li>Haal de groenten uit de oven en giet de rijst af. Meng de rijst met de groenten en het vlees in een pan. Vul de geroosterde groentehelften met dit mengsel en bestrooi met geraspte emmental Dilea Zero Lactose\u00ae.<\/li><li>Bak nog eens 20 minuten in de oven. Zet de oven daarna op de grillstand en gril de groenten nog twee minuten tot ze mooi gegratineerd zijn.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probeer dit recept ook eens met paprika\u2019s of tomaten. Je kunt ook feta of mozzarella Dilea Zero Lactose\u00ae gebruiken, zo krijgt je gerecht een mediterraans tintje. Ongekruid rundergehakt bevat geen gluten. Heb je geen glutenintolerantie?
